Any agent can put a for sale sign in a yard. But it takes a special kind of agent to understand your home’s potential, target potential buyers, and make an investment in your home’s future sale. Below are some of my home marketing highlights:
Photography – Professional HD photography wows potential buyers who are searching both online and off. I market homes; I am not a photographer. Anything less than professional just doesn’t cut it.
3D Tours, Virtual Tour, and Drone Photography – When warranted, I will also invest in additional marketing for your property such as these services.
High-Impact House Flyer– Print marketing is a strong component of what I offer. I use the eye-catching home photography to make a stunning house flyer.
Special Feature Cards – I point out the special features your home offers through cards that are placed throughout the home to draw attention to these added benefits.
Local Advertising – Although some agents have moved away from print marketing in recent years, I find that it is critical for getting the word out. When time warrants and depending on the home location, I advertise in the Pacific Northwest Homes magazine, the Crab Cracker, the Everett Herald, and even the Skagit Valley Herald. Most of these have an online advertising component as well.
Online Marketing – Over 95% of home buyers search for properties online. Therefore it is critical your home can be found! I am affiliated with RE/MAX – one of the most-known real estate companies internationally. Your home will be included on dozens and dozens of websites where buyers search for properties including Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, REALTOR.com, and more.
Open Houses – Not all homes are good candidates for an open house, but if yours is, I will hold it open on weekends or weeknights as we decide in order to have the most potential buyers’ eyes on the property.
Brokers Opens -A Brokers Open is essentially an open house for real estate professionals in the community. Again, if your home is a good candidate for this kind of publicity and traffic, you can be certain that I will take advantage of that by holding your home open.
